Based on the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 536 dated September 2, 2020 “On the organization of the activities of the Yunus Rajabiy Uzbek National Institute of Musical Art”, the Yunus Rajabiy Uzbek National Institute of Musical Art was established on the basis of the relevant educational areas of the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan and the State Institute of Arts and Culture of Uzbekistan. It is a basic higher educational institution that trains personnel in the areas of maqom performance, bakhshi, and grand singing.








Rector of the Kazan State Institute of Culture and Arts, born in the city of Oktyabrsky, Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. Graduated from the Kazan State University of Culture and Arts with a degree in choral director, teacher, and methodologist of folk art (2003).
