Education and achievements
Graduated from the National University of Uzbekistan. Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pedagogical Sciences, Honorary Professor of the Kazan State Institute of Culture, Honorary Professor of the Chelyabinsk State Institute of Culture, Honorary Professor of the Korean University of Media Arts, holder of the "20 Years of Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan" award. Author of 3 methodological manuals, 2 textbooks, more than 50 international and republican articles, 42 theses and 2 monographs.
Biography
He began his career in 1998 as the secretary of the collective farm trade union named after ZMBobur, Jizzakh district, Jizzakh region.
In 2000, he became a full-time student of the political science department of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek.
In 2004, he served as Deputy Chairman of the Jizzakh District Council of the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan.
In 2004, he worked as a teacher at secondary school No. 34 in Jizzakh district.
In 2006, he worked as a teacher and head of the Department of Social Sciences and Fundamentals of Spirituality at the Jizzakh Regional Institute of Higher Education.
In 2007, he graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy of the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek with a master's degree in applied political science.
In 2009, he served as the director of the Jizzakh College of Law.
In 2015, he worked as the Head of the Department of Organization of the Educational Process at the Abdulla Avloni Institute of Higher Education.
In 2017, he worked as Head of the Educational and Methodological Department, Head of the Master's Department, and Head of the Department of Youth Work and Spiritual Enlightenment at the Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature.
In 2019, he was the Chief Specialist of the Department of Spiritual and Moral Education of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of Uzbekistan.
In 2020, he was appointed Vice-Rector for Youth Work and Spiritual and Educational Affairs of the Uzbek State Institute of Arts and Culture.
In 2022, he will be the acting rector of the Uzbek State Institute of Arts and Culture.
From 2024 to the present, he has been acting as the rector of the Yunus Rajabiy Uzbek National Institute of Music and Performing Arts and vice-rector for academic affairs.
