- based on the needs of the cultural sector, training of highly qualified experts and scientific-pedagogical personnel in the art of philanthropy, creating ample opportunities for them to engage in scientific and creative activities;

- creation of educational and methodical literature, in-depth study and restoration of the creative heritage of bakhshis and poets;

- establishment of international cooperation with foreign educational institutions and centers in the fields of national music art and folk art, exchange of mutual experience, implementation of joint educational programs and scientific projects;

- organizing student internships with cultural institutions and relevant organizations in order to ensure continuity of the educational process with practice, widely introducing five important initiatives put forward by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan into practice, in particular, wide involvement of young people in music and art , organizing various contests, exhibitions, ensembles and clubs in the direction of culture, music and art in order to educate them in aesthetic taste and professional ethics.
